Changing the Community coaches have a vast amount of coaching and playing experience. Each member of our staff played at the collegiate level. We are comprised of four All-Americans,  Nabil El-Amin at the DII level, Codera Jackson and Raji El-Amin at the Division I level and Brenton Brady, a three-time Division III All-American at linebacker and NFL prospect. Our entire staff are products of the Rochester City School District, college graduates, and work with youth in various capacities, ranging from high school coaches, to teachers,  and school counselors.
